Spoilers for Dream Drop Distance, and preceding games.
In no particular order, other than least-to-most recently thought of and added.
This is a page because I will come back to it after publishing to add more things.

I will try to keep the number in the title up to date so you can see without checking the actual page if it's a higher number AKA there's new stuff.

1. that bit in thE DREAM DROP INTRO MOVIE WHEN SORA FLIES INTO THE SLEEEP POD AND ROXAS FLIES OUT AND IT'S JUST IN TIME WITH THE MUSICA ND ITS SOO GOODJODODOIO
2. Lea realizing that he's a whole person now because his eye tattoos are gone?
3. Ienzo and Dilan waking up as Whole People and just cleaning up. sure is needed after sora donald and goofy were let loose in there. Also Tifa attacking the room. but still
4. When Sora sees Namine and grabs her hand, and the camera pans around him so when she's visible again (from behind his head) she's Xion
5. in the khi intro when sora falls into the water and you can see kairi and then the water ripples and she disappears
1. and then in the khii dream drop intro, it recycles that animation except when it ripples kairi tuRNS INTO NAMINE???????
   
6. Roxas going from "I am ME!!! NOBODY else!!!!" to "You're me. So you can feel what I felt."
1. and sorA RESPONDING WITH "Roxas, you're you. I wanted to tell you that."
7. The Sound Idea being, when Sora and Riku play it, Dearly Beloved
1. also the sheet music being Dearly Beloved (X)
8. when riku goes into Sora's heart to wake him up and Roxas, Ventus, and Xion ask him questions, similar to Wakka, Tidus, and Selphie in the first game
1. how riku says "Roxas?" when he sees roxas, and then he sees Ven and says "Roxas?" the exact same way 
2. WHEN HE LOOKS OVER TO THE MINI ISLAND W THE PAOPU TREE AND SEES XION SITTING ON IT AND SAYS "Sora?!" and for a second i thought it was weird cuz the silhouettes aren't similar but then i realized IT'S XION.
3. Roxas saying "what is it you're so afraid of?"
1. Roxas says at least once that "it's scary to think" what he'd do without Axel and Xion
4. Ventus saying "what's most important to you?"
1. the whole game is about how Aqua and Terra are more important to him than anything, even his own life
5. and Xion saying, without turning away from the sea, "Riku. What do you wish?"
1. "I want to be.. with you two..."
1. WHICH SHE SAYS WHILE SITTING ON THE PAOPU TREE in her own game
6. it is the HUGEST crime that roxas and xion weren't sitting together or playing in the ocean...
7. that thing DiZ said, about the heart squad... "whether they fell into darkness or were trapped there, whether they sleep in the darkness of Sora's heart or were welcomed into its warmth"
1. the second part, i think it means Vanitas and Ven respectively?
2. the first part must be Xion and Roxas..
1. xion fell into darkness and roxas was trapped there? bc he was forced to go back?
2. or vice versa somehow?
3. idk. fell into darkness doesn't seem right.
8. Ven sounding a lot more happy and youthful than Roxas
9. oh no. upon rewatching the cutscene just now, i have realized.Riku: Who are you?
   Xion: Riku.
   Xion: What do you wish?
10. when you choose "to protect my friends" he says "to get back to the real world and protect my friends"
11. Roxas disappears and Riku goes "hm? ... hm." and just keeps goin

14. I love?? how in BBS there's a whole parallel with terra and aqua => Riku and Sora, but then in DDD it's swapped? and the parallels are Terra and Aqua => Sora and Riku???
1. (beyond the obvious pass/fail, Sora almost gets norted (like terra) and ends up asleep (like Ven) (that whole scene? with Riku talking about him w everyone in yen sids tower and sora's asleep in the same pose as ven ??), plus Riku gets doubleflight (like Aqua) and sora gets glide (like ven)
15. Also how Riku's Dreameater link attacks are him merging with the spirits and Sora's are like him using the spirits? BC RIKU IS A DREAMEATER????? alksdhkghls
