   The mysterious road

   The queer blue mist has entered the midnight world, so that the darkness is followed by its mystical blueness. The black vessels of leafless trees contain no blood, for winter has drunk everything they had inside themselves. Winter is hungry and thirsty, but only stones and ice are left to it. The long road whose end is invisible was turned into the dark mirror reflecting the burning hunger of winter on its icy surface.
