Much more sensible and actually frickin plausible theory: Scala ad Caelum will be the hubworld in kh4
Reasoning:
Khi hubworld = Traverse Town. | Khi endworld = Hollow Bastion
khii hubworld = Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden. | khii endworld = Twilight Town
khiii hubworld = Twilight Town. | khiii endworld = Keyblade graveyard or Scala ad Caelum
This excludes the worlds with “world” in them: End of the World, World that Never Was, and the Final World
